Kelsey Pepper, HPEPL undergraduate research assistant, was selected to receive Georgia Tech's 2019 Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Award for the School of Aerospace Engineering. Kelsey was chosen based on the quality of her research and demonstrated leadership on the project.

Nathan Brown is one of three graduate researchers selected to receive a Georgia Tech Institute for Materials (IMat) Graduate Student Fellowship (IGSF). Nathan's winning proposal is titled "Revolutionizing SmallSat Propulsion with Materials Science".

David received a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011 before going on to gain valuable industry experience with Orbital ATK, Intelsat, and the Aerospace Corporation. His primary research focus is thermal management of high-power electric propulsion devices.
