HPEPL congratulates Dr. Lake Singh for the successful completion of his Ph.D. defense, "Very Low Earth Orbit Propellant Collection Feasibility Assessment." Dr. Singh obtained his a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and B.S. in Physics from Virginia Tech in May 2009, and his M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech in May 2012. His work included research on mN-class chemical microthrusters, carbon nanotube field emission cathodes, and on-orbit gas collection. Dr. Singh will be joining the Aerospace Corporation as a Member of the Technical Staff in early October. -
