David Gomez awarded NSTRF!

David Gomez was awarded a 2019 NASA Space Technology Research Fellowship. David's research will focus on the development of a highly throttlable, bipropellant (Xe-Kr) Hall thruster and investigations into the newly discovered oscillation modes in magnetically shielded thrusters.
